actually heard from tickling bet site, but need help

I finally got a response for the owner of the tickling bet site (I think his name here is hopeof)

Anyways, I asked whats with the lack of updates and he replied this:

"sorry, but we have stopped the site for a while, was too expensive for provider fees"

Now, I know many of the tickling producers out there have had their own problems with expensenses but I really am a big fan of this site, and I hope they continue their work, but in the meantime, can anyone provider some advice to these guys so they can go on for the site? The tickling bet site said even told you earl that they had stopped there website for AWHILE do to some provider fees. awhile is the (key word) there! meaning that i'm sure once the tickling bet website gets it fees in order again and running that there website well be back up safe and sound just like they were before. so really no worries at all. Theres nothing you can do or say to get there website back up any faster
