does anyone recall a TV show from the 80's that featured a guy hanging outside a window upside down (male) while another male villan removes his shoe and tickles his feet? I would LOVE to see the entire show, and of course this scene, does anyone have it?

I remember this show. It was one of the first shows on the FOX network when it was very very new. If I remeber correctly that tickler was the henchman of the main vilian in the show. And if memeory serves --there were several episodes that featured some one getting tickled. I hope some one can find them
