African-American Girls In Stocks (Maybe in Cartman's group?)

I was looking for a picture of this girl being tickled in stocks. Both the tickler and the ticklee were African American. It was an outdoor setting with storm fence type fence in back and a blue sky. I think it was from tickling paradise. I saw it before in Master Cartman's yahoo group, but now I can't find that group any more. Can anyone help me out?
 
Does anyone have the picture I am talking about? Could anyone maybe point me towards a gallery with some African American girls in it (besides solefood cafe or ebony ticklers)? Does Cartman even have a group on yahoo anymore? If so where is it? Thanks.
