Yes, I hope that in a close future someone could develope a software to make movies. The software could take instructions from description of scenes, plots, and so on. Obviously it should not have political correct or porn limits about the content you create with it.
Think! You could be able to create a clip where every one you want is tickle tortured. Surely I would begin with Marilyn!

As far as I know, there is already an AI that can create specific special effects just like an experienced computer graphic designer, but there is an AI version for which you have to pay monthly.

Eventually it will happen, Ai image generation is already pretty good, though the AI tools that are the most advanced and uncensored aren't accessible by the general public or non-tech savvy folk (like myself). Video generation is a whole lot more complicated, but as the software gets better, it's only a matter of a few years before we can do such a thing.
