Um is anyone else worried about this supposed snow storm besides me & focus? We are driving from NYC and I am afraid of getting trapped up state and not able to attend school on monday 🙁

Based on what I can see on the weather.com website you should have too much trouble getting into or out of Albany and getting back to New York City. 🙂

It appears the focus is on Maryland, with perhaps 3 inches in the NYC area. Unlike my home state of NC, New York can handle three inches. 😛

Not sure when you were planning to head up. You should be fine tonight (provided you leave before it starts) and on Sunday. It will be reaching NYC later tonight and will be done and over with by tomorrow night. Everything north of the LI Sound will be clear other than a stray snow shower or two. If you're heading straight up 87, you shouldn't have any problems.
