Last two days I have been unable to see any pics at your site that go along with the video clips. This happened several months ago. Just wanted to be sure you knew there might be a problem .

two days ago we turned on our "hotlink blocker" which doesn't let other websites link to our pictures and use up our bandwidth to show our photos on their personal sites.

(ie: we found some guy attempting to trade and sell our clips on his site, and get this, he was using OUR photos and OUR bandwidth from our site to show people the pictures he wanted to trade, give away, and receive.)

so i'm thinking maybe you're accessing our site with one of those goofy mirror type web browsers? or something? that would explain why they can't show our pictures since we turned on the hotlink blocker.
you must access our site "face to face" by going directly to http://realtickling.com and not having some other site "mirror it" to you.

Thanks for the feedback. However, I go thru a normal natonally recognized brand server and have for several years to get to your site. This did happen awhile back . Am I the only person having this problem. I must go to a couple of hundred sites a day--especially with it being the holiday season doing shopping,etc and do not have one issue with any of the other sites.

If I can't see the new clips available it is hard to make a decision to buy or not. I have no web sites of my own so I am not involved with whatever is going on with whomever is linking to your site to get pics.

I have three pc's and none if them can see the pics. Now, they are all linked thru the same server thru wireless so possibly it is the server connection that is causing the issue.

I can see all your ads at clips for sale so I don';t know why that works and this other doesn't.
 
I always type in the name of your site but just as a double check I clicked on the ling you gave in your response and the same thing happened-I get all the text but none of the pics.

Tib--I hear you. You have seen my posts over the years. I have always been complementary of your web site and you have always been straightforward in answering mine and anyone else. I can sense you think I may be putting you on but I assure you I am not.

I am certainly trying to work this out from my end but I am not an IT techie. If I can't view your site anymore --so be it --I'll live but it is a matter of curiosity as to why I can't get thru. I may stay curious for a bit longer but then I'll just move on and visit the sites I can see.

I am not asking for you to spend time on an item that seems to be just me but I am just racking my brain to try and figure out why this is the only site that I am having this problem with. I will reboot my pc and see if that does anything. I have a personal firewall that goes along with my virus protection--possibly that could be blocking out your content after you fflipped that switch at your end--or maybe it is something to do with parental controls that recently downloaded as part of my internet security package--although I checked and that option should be shut off.

Thanks for looking at this anyway.
 
did you just do something? it now works. However, I just toggled off the switch on my internet security that protects my private information. Now I am not sure if it was what I did or what you did to make it work? I am going to switch my privacy control back on and see if I still see your site or not. hand on.
 
I'll contact my internet security software developer tomorrow and explain the situation and see if they have any ideas on this. I don't plan on leaving my privacy control off just to see the pics--I can read the descriptions. If I really need to see them at least now I know I can throw the switch off for a second -- there must be some odd combination of things going on between your hotlink blocker and my privacy control.

nope, hes not the only one. I just noticed im having the same problems too 🙁. But this just started recently, maybe within the past 2 weeks or so.
