I've seen that scene. It's not very good, and the movie sucks. From what i recall, some sorority girls, and their boyfriends have kidnapped this girl from a rival sorority. They have her bound and gagged, and someone says "let's see if she's ticklish!" but they give her kind of a weak tickle, and she doesn't really respond. As far as tickling is concerned, it's not worth taping, but there are a lot of hot sorority girls, and at the end the two sororities play a strip football game!😎 That's the only good thing about this stupid flick
