Shaggy uses a feather to tickle Daphne's bare foot while she's asleep because of a spell cast on her. Unfortunately, the tickling does not wake her. She sleeps right through it - doesn't even wiggle her foot. But as Shaggy tickles her, he says "Come on, Daphne, I know you're tickish." Does this mean he's tickled her before?
