About being a celebrity or not, for me that's not so important because it's always worthy to post information on beautiful ticklish girls. So, that's not a thing that bothers me (speaking for myself) ...

And since Instagram, YouTube and and the other social media became popular, I commonly started to consider a celebrity someone that has some followers and work making content on internet - besides the celebrities that we already know, like singers and actresses ...

But you could post it on Mainstream Clips as a vanilla Mainstream video also. In the end, it continues to be tickling media ...

I never heard of her but she's a smokeshow, and looks like a lot of fun. Thanks for sharing
