On the new show Smallvill the character Cloe(Alison mack) was
tickled on the stomic and sides area by Pete (Sam Jones III)
at the end or the episode and very short but still I think it's worth
saying.
 
Oh yeah.. I just saw that.. wasn't that yesterday or the day before?
It was cute and like 2 seconds but Alison is cute. 🙂

Yes, this was reported, I believe, when it was first on. I happened to be taping it, so I reran the scene a...ah...few times. She is a CUTIE!
