I figured it out - you RIGHT CLICK on the files instead of left click, then a menu comes up that has one option of "copying link."

You click on the button to copy the link, then open another window, and paste the link at the top (I pasted it in Google search, but it did nothing.) Then a page comes up that's all black with the video in the center.
