I do not think that's tickling. I think they are making fun that she hurt her foot with a Buffy-related comment "what's a little blood?".

pretty much any picture with alyson hannigan is rediculuosly worth viewing. ok, so it isn`t tickling...but i`m willing to bet shes pretty sensitive.🙂
