I just remember how awkward it was for me when I saw that a guy had taken a picture of me sleeping.
Oh but Mari, if I were that guy, you wouldn't have had any problem with it, right?
😛
Or if I were your friend?
What about BEST friend?
Or maybe some private investigator needing evidence?
Or your pet doggy? With opposable thumbs and my own doggy picture-phone? :blink
The point is, Tenchilada, considering the ethics of your action, it all depends on (given the scenario) how you think she'd take it
had she found out. Obviously, if it were a complete stranger or aquaintence, chances are the result will likely be more negative than positive. But if she were a casual, easy-going friend of whom you've been hanging out with for a while, or someone you know won't think much of it, then there you go. And I only say this because it sounds like you're someone who dwells on the actions you take, and that the "what she don't know won't hurt her" thing won't really fly with you.
😛
As Jamie implies, if your friend for some reason decides to go snooping through your photos, her response may be something like: "Oh, is that my feet? Man, you're so random sometimes! Hehe..." To her, it could be just another random picture often captured during friendly hang-outs. Or if not, heck, maybe she'd think it's cute and play with her feet more often just to tease you! Or if she really didn't like it, she'd tell you, and you'd know not to do it again with her (conscious-wise).
So I guess it all depends on how well you know the person. Think of what they would think. Then you may have a better feel on what you personally think is right or wrong about the situation...unless your code of ethics is different, anyway. xD
