If you were lucky enough to live around Amarillo, TX, 14 years ago, you could have gone to the Amarillo Dental Spa where they take a more... holistic approach to patient comfort. In this clip, we see a young woman getting a foot massage (nice long toes, BTW) and nitrous oxide (at 0:34 and 1:00), and yes, she seems pretty relaxed.
