I believe the producer of this clip is "Tickle in Las Vegas" and the lee's name is Victoria. I purchased his clips a few years ago and was one of my personal favorites. I'm not sure if he still films clips today but it appears you can still view some of them on Patreon (w/ a membership) as well as purchase on the "Genuine Tickling" Store. Hope this helps!
