I really applaud and am impressed with the change the in customer service attitude and friendliness of your company that resulted when you took over. As a result of the changes you have personally made, I am now a customer and I enjoy much of the media from your company.

Some companies here could use your customer relations attitude as an example of how a tickle company should respond and work with our community.
