I was viewing some Japanese tickling art on the internet.It happened to mention the difference in preference between the two cultures when it comes to tickling.It said that American's like the tickling victim to be laughing during the tickling whereas the Japanese like the tickling victim to be crying and in agony from the tickling.So this is what is shown in their art form in Japan.I guess from this you could come to the conclusion that the Japanese are perhaps more "sadistic" than the Americans are?

I wouldn't say so. But I think that Japanese SM fans like tickling better than their Western equivalents, hence the different approach. Here in Germany, SM fans usually frown at tickling as being unfit for the SM scene. Probably the same in America?

What I like about the Japanese take on tickling is the strong integration of tickling and sex together; I'd LOVE to tickle torture a hot girl and get a blowjob at the same time, BUT beggars can't be choosers. As far as the Japanese women seemingly unhappy at the procedings, as opposed to outright laughter, I can certainly relate.
I actually can't stand being tickled. Weirdly enough, somewhere along in my development, I turned this around and actually crave this torture, dispite the fact that I go berserk and am more apt to scream and cry out than laugh when tickled.
