Do you not trust the info thats already posted there? The Krelain person explains, and yes, I saw the same movie on Ebay, probably the same one.

Bad idea my friend. It IS copyrighted material anyway. That little FBI warning at the beginning of like EVERY video sold will tell ya all about it. 😀 He could be facing criminal charges for doing that. Trading on the other hand is perfectly legal as long as no money changes hands.
 
well, ticklejapan has been out of business for about a year or so now. and i seriously doubt that making copies would be bad. heck, cosmo could just ask for people to pay for the tapes and shipping expenses. it's no different from burning a copy of a cd for your friend and the friend pays for the cd. 😀

And once someone with video/audio capturing gets a copy, they can make segments out of it and post is for all to download.

First, i have to say i don't plan on making any copies of this tape, for several reasons, although i don't know if FBI rules apply, since it is from another country and there is no FBI warning 😉
I don't plan on trading the video either, simply because it is so rare. If it got dropped, or eaten by a VCR, or perhaps a person with really strange tastes, then it would be gone for good.
As far as the name goes, to be honest, i don't know, since it's in Japanese.
 
ok,it aint copyrighted, the company that made it is out of business, so jus make copies man! jus i ncase a VCR or somebody with a truly weird tates decides to eat it, you'd have other ppl who would glady make you the copy for free! ALL YOU GOTTA DO IS WAIT FOR IT TO ARRIVE! its a win-win situation my friends!
think busniess my friend; if so many ppl want it,you could charge a large amount of money, and ppl would pay it! but dont overcharge it, still gotta please the consumer.

I for one respect Cosmo_AC's decision not to make a copy. For one reason. I really doubt it was ticklejapan who made that film, only released it. Ticklejapan wasnt an Anime company, they were a video company and may have financed the project through an indipendent animation studio (they do that a lot in the anime business, especially special interest films like this) THAT company may very well still be in business and still have active copyrights.

Just sayin' better safe than sorry......
 
well, why don't you make SOME vid caps then..Like 5 min of feet tickling that took place, then another 5 min for underarm etc...This way we can see the GOOD part of this video, and you don't have to risk it being destory.
 
Hmmm.......

::checks his legal stuff::....sure..as long as no profit is made from it. If anything that would fall under the category of free advertising for the studio that made the film...
 
Well, i can't really make copies, because also the video quality is poor. Now, that's not the distributers fault, however i don't think another video would be able to withstand a recording again. Now, on the subject of pics of the movie, i do have some that TJ put out for advertisements. I don't have any place to put them though.
 
Are you sure you sent it to the right address? Was the email over 3 Megabytes? Cause it shouldn't take this long to get here.

Try sending it to and/or

One of those HAS to work.

Tickle Japan, the people who were responsible for the movie, although they probably conrtracted out to make it. No longer in buisness, though.
