Now, it's vague to me, but, I remember seeing this. It was on CMT (the Country Music Channel, don't know why I was watching. The small scene was F/M foot, which was an accidental tickle with a pumice stone. The host (I'll be damned if I can remember who he is now, I think he was also in a toothpast commercial) was travelling to different houses to look at their bathrooms. In one lady's he found a pumice stone, and asked her what she did with it. She demostrated on his foot under some running water. I remember him giggling a lot saying "That tickles."
The other was a ticklish reaction (well it looked that way). It was on an episode of MadTV and is M/M. The character (in this one, played by Ian, I think) had this really weird toenail he wanted removed. So the doctor was trying he damnedest to pull it off, holding onto his foot and pulling. I am pretty sure, by the way his foot scrunched, and I don't think he made eye contact with the camera, that he was being tickled. It's funny, because when it was originally aired, it was live, so you can kind of tell when there are mess ups and such...
