Here is some info...

I believe "J. NIH Research" means "Journal of NIH Research"--unfortunately, I wasn't able to find an URL. This title may be somewhat difficult to find--although it's available at Harvard Medical School, it's not available at ASU.

"9" means "Volume 9" of "1997." "9:34-35" means pages 34 through 35 of volume 9--this isn't a very long article.
 
Nice find. The one thing I object to in the article is the phrase "similar to chlidren who enjoy being tickled." Somebody should clue the author in that there are lots of adults who enjoy it as well. 😀
