I like the new look but where is the menu for the different threads? It was once on the right side after the login. Is there a drop-down list somewhere? How do I find the Splits without a menu?

Oh, good. I was afraid everyone had opted for some strange modern-art flavor to their avatars. Or that I couldn't see the avatars until I had reached enough posts or otherwise jumped through enough hoops as a newbie here.
