Personally, I believe these guys need professional help and not allowed contact with the outside world. They obviously cannot handle public relations of any kind............🙄

"Young is a cashier at Walmart".. hmm.. and she's THIS frightened over something like that??!! Geeesh just go to the local Walmart and you see everything and anything. Definitely sounds like someone was out for a quick buck to me.

Frivolous law suits. I don't blame the plaintiffs, or even the lawyers. I blame the judges who keep letting these folks win. I heard about a suit in which some fool got slobbering drunk at Giants Stadium, then killed somebody while driving home. The family of the deceased sued the driver. Now that's certainly not frivolous, but they didn't stop their. Since they knew the driver didn't have any money, they sued the vendor that sold the man the beer. They also sued the stadium owners, and the Giants football team! And won! It's just unbelievable.

A lot of cases like this do get carried away. In your example I fully understand. The family was rightfully angry and had the mindset that "somebody is gonna pay". But in the case of the nutcase against the girls I hardly see any justification.

The judge is probably some old fart who's either related or in the pocket of the plaintiff. He should be removed from office because he is clearly incompetent.

Now the husband of this old skank has a restraining order because he harrassed the girls and the father's filed a report. How stupid is this and when is it ever going to end?

These girls may never bake another cookie or commit another act of kindness again from this. Was it really worth the 900 bucks?😕
