On a similar note, I've found another Spanish version of this episode, and made a clip of the scene. This version has different voice actors than the clip I've seen distributed on the net, so if anyone wants to compare, they can.

That by far has to be the best tickling scene I've seen in an anime, alongside the full body tickle scene from Kekko Kamen or the M/M foot tickle torture scene from the first Urusei Yatsura movie...

Plus for the record I liked the japanese subtitled version....you can actually tell what their saying...
