Well, although I don't watch animes anymore, I do dig the tickling scenes featured at them. And moved by that kind of interest added by a bit of curiosity, I happened to find out this. 😀
Long story short, this episode of an anime I never heard about before (yes, I do hear about many of them unwittingly, thanks to several anime fans asking me to draw this or that character tickled) was listed among the videos related with that one of a Japanese girl being measured by two other ones and getting tickled at her feet, plus that one with a kunoichi feet-tickled by an abacus. That was enough to make me think such episode had a chance to feature a tickling scene at any point, or else it'd be just a "girl-measuring-related" episode.
After a quick "scrollbar-sliding" research, I found out it is both. Apparently, a wacky scientist from a school creates a "robot-chair" machine thingy equipped with malleable mechanical hands (one of the most common anime clichés out there, right? XD ) that performs many kinds of measures to whoever sits at it, and a muscular young teacher (according to Wikipedia info furtherly researched) gets tickled while at it. I confess I was expecting any of the girls shown at such episode to end up in such ticklish situation, but...
