The first clip is from "Kimagure: Orange Road" and the last one I could barely see. I could make it out enough though, its from La Blue Girl, one of those tentacle sex hentai ones. The scene isnt really tickling exactly, two girls feeling up each others boobs and laughing.....I've seen it before...

Isnt that the little blue haird girl from tenchi muyo. Is pretty sammy a spin off series from tenchi! i dont know i didnt really follow the series except for maybe a few movies or shows?

Yes its Sasami. Tenchi also is like her brother as I recall in Pretty Sammy. I guess its a spinoff from Tenchi Universe from when the episode with the different worlds.

actually FF7, he works as a producer for a sentai show, being much older then sasami, anyway they hang out, pretty sammy does a cameo, and gains a crush. fights moster, your typical mahou shoujo plot.

You're both right actually, depending on which Pretty Sammy series you're talking about. In Magical Girl Pretty Sammy (The OAV started by Pretty Sammy's first appearence in the Mihoshi Special, from the Ryo-Ohki OAV's) Tenchi is Sasami's older brother.

The one Zidane mentioned is Magical Project S, I think -- which is a longer series version of the OAV's.
