I don't know the character, but that smiling googly-eyed face reminds me of a Slime from Dragon Quest, so it's possibly that.

Oh I already know the heroine is from Dragon Quest (Dragon Quest III to be specific). I'd just like to know who drew this comic as I'd love to commission the artist to draw this scantly armor-clad purple haired heroine manacled, gagged, and at the ticklish mercy of the female version of the Joker class (also from Dragon Quest III). ^_~
 
Awesome find. Thanks very much for sharing. Reminds of that sequence from Lupin where the girl is tickled by the disembodied white hands.
 
Seems like she was getting tickled fiercely and her only escape would be passing out... But the cure slime kept curing her... Essentially keeping her awake for the long haul!!! Amazing!
