Well, this is my second proper attempt at a picture. Let me know what ya think ^^ .

I like it. It's cute, and a really nice close up. I think this is even better than your first one 🙂
That being said, I am curious about her eyes. They look kind of...off to me, around the irises, particularly with the quarter-circle shape and the white on the inside.
Just something I saw. Really nice picture otherwise 😀

That would be the shine. Anime eyes are shiney. For people that don't understand this, they often see white spaces as places that the artist forgot to fill in, or that they made a mistake, or something.

I'm pretty sure its a reflective shine.

As for my critique, the overall composition is much better than the last. The biggest problem with this one however, is how you handled her body. She looks muscular and buff, and being a woman (or young girl), thats probably the biggest mistake here. Work on refining the features and making them more dainty, and, again, paying mind to where the shoulders end, the arms begin, then the forearms start, etc.

That, and the chin/jawline is too wide. It would help if you drew the head as a completed piece without the hair and then drew the hair. That way, you wouldn't be overcompensating like this by drawing things larger than they need to be.

And yeah, the bit in the eyes is a reflective shine, and the pupils are the bits at the bottom, looking down. I aint so good at eyes yet sorry 🙁 .

I was supporting the eyes. You must have meant socks with him not understanding what the white stuff was. Theres also nothing to be sorry for.
