was downloading some video from KaZaA last night, and one apparently had some sort of tracker in it. here's how things went:
the clip turned out to be non-tickling, was 2 "Goth" chic's, and after I watched it, decided to delete it. well, I got an error saying another program was using it and it couldn't be deleted. I figured someone grabbed it from me to upload it...okay, no prob, I'll just delete it later.
later, tried deleting it again, same error, but I had disconnected from KaZaA...so I'm thinking, maybe the media player was holding it open somehow. I warmbooted my PC, tried it again, same error.
to shorten this...I believe I found the prob by running SpyBot, because it came up with some results, so I fixed the probs there, went to delete the file, and was successful. so I guess what I'm saying here is, not just a virus can be in a downloaded file, but a tracking bug as well.
anyone else have a similar situation happen to them?
