I was just over at a friends house who watches my son during the day. It's hot and he was in the pool with her kids. She was wearing a light weight summer dress and no shoes and she said "I am so tired and stressed". That was my que so I said, "Let me help you with that". So i took her by the shoulders and sat her on the couch, took her leg and started tickling her foot. She went balistic and started thrashing. I stopped and said in a very calming voice,"Don't fight it, Just set there and laugh as hard as you can. I will do all the other work and you will feel great when it is over". So I started tickling again the she actually sat still and just screamed with laughter. I tickled her for about 3 min., and then told her to just lay there with her eyes closed and feel the stress flow out of her. She was amazed at how good it felt and worked. Even said she'd do it again, so with that I took the other foot and gave her another work out and then got my son and went home. I'll see her again in the morning and will ask her how she slept.
