Another HTML Question: Links and Sites

This one has always annoyed me. With links that take you from one part of a webpage to another, is there any way to get rid of that blue border around it? Like if I had a round button for a link and didnt want a blue square around it marking it as a link, just the button. My new site would look so much better without all those damn borders:

Simple. Add border=0 within the "img src" tag and the borders won't appear.
