Okay so I decided to open a DeviantArt.com account so I can showcase all my non-fetish related artwork. Now I went through the same old application process, personal info, choosing NOT to recieve special offers in my E-mail than I get to that prompter asking me to enter my E-mail address so a "confirmation E-mail" can be sent to verify who I am and than by clicking on a link it would be finalized. Well guess what, I re-entered my address 16 times and I still haven't gotten that damn confirmation E-mail. Whats worse is that nothing on the site is open to you unless your a member, even a simple E-mail address to contact them in case of problems is off limits.

Anyone here use this service and if so, have you had a similar problem? Or if anything just give me the damn E-mail address for the cutomer service people!!! LOL

I've been a member of DeviantArt for over a year now. Not sure why you haven't recieved your confirmation e-mail..did you check your "junk mail" folder??

Anyways if u just go to the site and click on "FAQ/Help" all they way at the botom of the screen is a Help Request Form. Here I'll just give you the link:
