Snoopy...The only place I know for sure (at least so far) is Extreme Tickling. There are a few in the mainstream section...and maybe the foot section too. There aren't a whole lot of them out there.

As for real-life pics, Tickling Paradise have done quite a good number. However, the only place where I can find their pics is in this Yahoo! Group. You must be on Yahoo!, of course...

As for clips, Tickling Paradise have a clip from their video called "Pussy Lickers", where cats lick a female's soles, but I don't know where to find it. I have it though...
