I remember seeing a film which was like a spoof of a spy movie.

It had a real young man playing a spy. Think there were x-ray glasses somewhere in there.

But what sticks out is I remember a scene where some lady was tickled on her feet.

Anyone know what i'm talking about?

very cute scene, but that's not the movie.

Was an american film, the movie i'm thinking of.
