No, it's not "Bill & L". I have it and this is much different. So that's something to eliminate.

It's the first issue of either "Tied and Tickled" or "Knotty".

This was one the first tickling movie I ever saw...dating myself here..I'm nearly 50.
I order this from one of the hom mags in the mid 80's on 8mm. lol

It wasn't very good but at the time there was little in the way of material for those of us with the tickling thing.

I first saw them in several hundred posted by someone styling him (her) self "Emit E. Caps". Weirdo that I am, I quickly worked out the Emit E. Caps is Space-time backward. Whatever, I loved all those posts. And I am highly indebted to Emit. Anybody know anything about this person who contributed so much to our commuity?
