Any one heard from Jo Belle???........

........I am getting a bit worried, I know she lives down in New Orleans. I have tried both fone numbers and e mails but no joy. Hope she and her familly are ok.

Has anyone heard from her? please let me know.

I sit here watching CNN everynight sick to my stomach over what has happened in that area, if you look in the Hurricane thread she said she was traveling from New Orleans to Biloxi as New Orleans was supposed take the bigger hit but it seems everything got hit hard down there including Biloxi. Until someone hears from her we can only pray, pray for her and all the friends on this forum and all the people down there. It breaks my heart to see all the disrupted lives and lives lost there.

Hey Injun... tell her a bunch of us are praying for her. (I'm absolutely sure that is true.) Jo was the first person I thought of when I started watching coverage of the storm.

She was also the first person I thought of during this whole thing. I sent her an email a day or two ago just in case there was a miracle and she gained some sort of contact with the outside world. However, from what I've heard, when it comes to communications, there is essentially nothing working at all down there--no cellphones, internet, phones, nothing. I wait, pray for the best.

I'm worried sick about her, Heman, and our other TMF family members who were in the path of the hurricane. I can not watch the news without crying at the sight of all the destruction, and the voices reporting the ever growing death toll. I pray they ALL get the help they need soon, and I'm gonna keep squirming in my seat until we hear from these guys that they and their families made it through.

OMG! That Hurricane in the States has done some real damage. I heard a bit on the radio this morning and i gather there are maybe a thousand deaths!! It makes me weep just thinking about it! I hope the number is smaller than they think but it hardly ever seems to go that way.
