Seriously, why isn't this a thing yet? There seems to be one PCVR game that had that but that project was abandoned, called Viva or something where you can hold hands with your Virtual character, tickle her etc. Is there anything on the quest? Applab, sidequest whatever?
 
Maybe a little off topic but there are 2-3 not bad games on steam where you tickle the girl. Not as customisable as I would have liked though and fairly simple.

Of course anyone here who didn't buy and play Tickle Magnet should run and get it !!!!
