In about a month I will be doing my first "tickling session" for my birthday. I had picked two very close female friends who were very ok with it and didn't even mind to go through one of my favorite fantasies of mine whic just so happens the teacher or teachers and student fantasy. One of them is very well-versed in bondage and the other is kind of a loose cannon when it comes to tickling someone. I'm goin to be the one gettin tickled if it wasn't obvious. I trust my two friends enough that if I started to feel uncomfortable they would ease up or give me a break when needed or just let me go in all if I was too scared. I'd just like to know any tips for first timers in terms of how we should go about it or even some toys or items that would make my body even more ticklish. For example if I wanted to make my feet more ticklish. But regardless, any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Oil or any type of lubrication can make your feet more ticklish. Also if you have them grab your toes and bend them back a little bit stretching out the skin on the soles that increases sensitivity for some people.

Tell them about "safe words". Most people pick red to tell someone to STOP. And yellow to SLOW down. Green means keep going. This is important.

Warm feet are more ticklish than cold feet. Your feet can be warmed up with a hair dryer to make them more sensitive. 😀

Is there a specific amount of time you'd reccomend for warming up?
Two or three minutes at medium heat is enough. The idea is to stimulate circulation in the foot and warm it up, not to torture the sole with too much heat.

Would it matter if I used something like baby oil gel, or would it have to be specifically oil?

If you're going to use a hair dryer, I'd use either baby oil or coconut oil. I don't know that the gel would help, since it's formulated for wet or damp skin.
