I would love to chat with any women in Western NYwho are into tickling. There do not seem to be many.
 
I'd say there's a difference between there being women into tickling in western NY and women who choose not to publicly announce they're here for fear of people who don't have honorable intentions.
 
True, I noticed there are some guys on tmf who don't know how to treat a woman. I am a gentleman but don't blame them for being concerned.
