I always feel so bad when people try to cheer me up by tickling me and it doesn't work cuz I'm too upset. It DOES work wonders, however, when I'm only mildly stressed or depressed. Anyone else in the same boat?
 
*raises hand* ditto on your thoughts, there have been times when the wife and I have a small argument.
She'll attempt to tickle to cheer me up - it's definately not fun when one isn't in a tickle mood
