Anyone Else Tired of the Patriots Winning by Penalty?

Well, my Steelers did beat the Eagles this year...lol...and the Pats...

Still, when I look at the playoffs there is not one team I would want to face!

Don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking the inherant talent on the Patriots team, because it is most assuredly there. I just wish the officials would take the same seriousness with ALL NFL games, not just Pats games. And like I said, the things I mentioned aren't "whiny-baby" complaints, but cold, hard statistical facts that took countless hours to accumulate.

And I totally agree with the member who brought up the "Tuck-Rule" game against the Raiders. The Silver and Black had them beat, plain and simple, and the only thing that sent the Pats to the Super Bowl that season was a VERY contoversial and obscure ruling that would never (and has yet to again) be brought up against anyone else.

Bad precedent.

"21" is a new dvd of the New England Patriots. 21 signifies the longest win streak in NFL history. I'm not a huge pats fan. I just don't like whining and crying when facts say the New England Patriots are the best the NFL has to offer in two of the last 3 years. Funny thing, no one complained just two years ago when they sucked that year. Gee, where were all those refs then?

And as a side note, for Raiders fans who want to complain about mysterious penalties, I believe it was 1976 when a mysterious 'roughing the passer' penalty against Sugar Bear Hamilton cost the Patriots of yet another era a shot at immortality.
