Anyone else want more during a session then end up falling short?

I have a question for you all to see if anyone else goes through the same issue. My girlfriend and I tend to play every now and then, and the goal is to always tie me spread eagle to our bed, tickle me senseless while blindfolded and gagged, and then obviously, move over the sexual stuff and have her either polish me until I release. It's almost like a reward for taking the intense tickling for about 30-45 minutes. It's ALWAYS fun!

However sometimes we have the idea to go longer, like tickle me, polish me, then do it again, say 2 or 3 times in one session. However, I almost always wanna be untied after the first orgasm, because I feel fulfilled. She will often ask if I want more and 99% of the time I say no.
