Has anyone, while tickling someone, ever had her scream out "Don't stop!" as opposed to the ever-popular 'Stop!"

I can understand how some poeple love being tickled but I'm assuming the instinct for it to stop is overwhelming. Anyone ever had experiences where the victim was yelling for more, even as she laughed her head off?
