Anyone have an anatomical diagram of the foot?

I am writing a story and would like a diagram that labels all the parts of the soles of the feet. I can only find reflexology charts as of now. Does anyone know where I can get one or maybe could maybe someone knowledgable tell me themselves, although if its the latter I am looking for a pretty detailed description.

Is this for all feet or gender specific because I have some old research docs on genderal differences of feet.

Are your needed the whole foot/sole, the muscle groups, the bones or what?

Thanks to everyone who looked. I just really need basic stuff, but with in depth description of where exactly it is on the foot (or a chart pointing it out).

Stuff like: Ball of the foot, Instep, Arch, Heel, etc...
