Anyone have an anatomical diagram of the foot?

Im writing a story for the story section and would really like an anatomical diagram of the soles of the feet, but can only find reflexology charts. Does anyone know where I could find a picture of this?

thanks for those charts, but damn I really need one with the outside labeled. Just like sole, heel, ball, instep, type of stuff. grrr I cant believe how difficult this is to find

You might need to take a look at Gray's Anatomy or any anatomy book. They should have both inside and outside views. You may check for this online, at the library or bookstores. I don't have access to a scanner otherwise, I'd attempt to dig through my old college books for you.
