Anyone know of this old clip?

Hi. I'm new to this, so please bear with me. A long time ago, I remember seeing a clip of this young woman with her hands tied behind her back and her ankles tied together laying on a bed. She was wearing what looked like a blue dress. You couldn't see her face, and you couldn't see the face of the tickler, who was male. At any rate, you hear the young woman apologize for something and then say, "... no please, don't tickle!" The tickler immediately goes with a feather to the woman's feet and she goes absolutely nuts while he holds her feet down. Does anyone know what clip or video I'm talking about?
