in the archive section in tickletown.com, they had a clip from what looked like one of those pokemon/digimon cartoons. a blonde has her hands over her head (couldnt tell if she was tied) and a cockroach is crawling up her body, causing her to laugh hysterically as it tickles her. the guy who is with her (one of her breasts is on his head; yes i said this is a cartoon) calls her "miss rio". anyone know what cartoon show this was?
