Anyone know who made this? And why don't more companies do simiar things? Self tickle

Because most people aren't self ticklish. I personally, wouldn't produce or watch self tickling because I know it's fake.
 
I'm pretty sure I purchased this clip but I cannot find it at the moment. If I locate it I'll let you know the store from which I bought it.

clips4sale.com has a category specifically for "Tickle Instruction", you will find a lot of what you are looking for.

Off the top of my head the following stores have some good self/tickle tickle/instruction clips:

I don't know how you could without pulling away. I know I have a hard time cleaning my feet because I'm so ticklish on them.
 
Definitely not my thing. Self-tickle videos do nothing for me.

I think you are probably in the minority here.
I find that material boring but can't speak for everyone else.
