I just moved to NH from SC. Not much of a scene there, tickling or
otherwise. But you could try hosting a munch, and see what happens.

I lived in Columbia for a few years in the 80's growing up.... I've visited and lived all over that region too... I haven't been back to Columbia since about 98' though...
