I remember he had a site a few years back. His stories would be fantasy in nature and either feature tickle monsters or busty women tickling men. Probably wrote the best tickle stories I’ve ever read and then his site disappeared. One story involved a cartoon octopus tickling a scientist, and another I remember was about a witch called Martha who would shrink people and tickle them.
