anyone remember these tickling cartoons?

sorry no pictures, there is an old set of cartoons im lookin for. They were black and white cartoons, featuring a bearded man tickling women...sounds vague right? well these were different because they offered tickling tips, and then showed them in the cartoon. One example was a man waking up his wife by tickling her feet, but he didnt have any rope, so it showed him grabbing a towel and wrapping it around her ankles and tickling her..said somethin like, "towels can be used for a quick restraint" or somethin along these lines. THe artwork was very good, as were the tickling tips. does anyone know the name of these or where they came from??
